e-Liquids: No returns/refunds on e-liquids. All are made fresh to order with the options you chose. For this reason we are unable to accept returns on e-liquids. 
Hardware: We do not accept returns or exchanges on hardware items. Warranty claims will only be processed if we are contacted before merchandise is returned. WARRANTY: Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Replacement parts will not be sent until the original part is returned and evaluated.
